WZ Returnerz has been designed to support women who want to rebuild confidence, refresh their skills, and expand their professional network in a supportive, peer-led environment.
Grounded in the principles of peer group support, the programme provides structured guidance, accountability, and expert coaching to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Our pilot launched in February 2026.
